Any account found to be owned by an underage individual will be terminated immediately and the balance forfeited.
Each individual, household, IP address, or device is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any time. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated balances and bonuses.
All information provided during registration — including full name, identity card number, phone number, and email address — must be accurate and belong to you personally. gempak888 does not accept registrations using another person's name or details. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended pending verification or terminated entirely.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Gempak888 recommends using a strong password (at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and not sharing it with anyone. Gempak888 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
Gempak888 implements an identity verification process (KYC) as part of our commitment to platform security and compliance with international regulations. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM10 or equivalent in other currencies, or terminated at the discretion of Gempak888. You will be notified via your registered email before any action is taken.
Gempak888 accepts deposits via a variety of secure payment methods integrated with Malaysia's banking system, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, as well as Visa and Mastercard. All deposits are processed instantly and no additional fees are charged by Gempak888 for deposit transactions. However, your financial institution may impose its own charges beyond our control.
The minimum deposit limit is RM20 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit depends on your payment method and account tier. gempak888 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time for security or regulatory compliance purposes.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your gempak888 account. gempak888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 per transaction.
All bonuses and promotions offered by gempak888 are subject to the rollover requirements stated in each offer's details. Bonuses received cannot be withdrawn as cash until the rollover requirement is fully met. Failure to meet the rollover requirement within the stipulated period will result in the bonus and any associated wins being automatically forfeited.
Each bonus may only be used once per eligible member. gempak888 reserves the right to cancel any bonus found to have been obtained through illegitimate means, including the use of multiple accounts, low-risk bet switching to fulfil rollover requirements, or any form of bonus abuse. gempak888's decision in such matters is final.
Some promotions are offered for a limited time only. gempak888 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer without prior notice. Players are advised to check the promotions page regularly for the latest information.

Gempak888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or for other reasons deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of other members.

Gempak888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform, including loss of winning opportunities due to technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control. Gempak888's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.
Gempak888 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any section of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website. For significant changes, Gempak888 will endeavour to notify members via email or in-platform notifications, though this is not an absolute obligation.
